Podcast since 9.3.3: Search/Featured/Top Charts stopped working

Since updating to 9.3.3, when I select Search/Featured/Top Charts in the iOS Podcast app I only get a blank screen. Oddly, this appears to affect non-Apple podcast apps as well (I can no longer add new podcasts with Downcast as well).

I have tried:

-closing and reopening podcast app

-shutting down and restarting my iPhone

-signing out of and back into iTunes

-signing out of and back into iCloud

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Has anyone else found a fix to this problem? Thanks!
